The Best Deals TV show did a segment on backyard composting from Smart Gardening, a Los Angeles County sponsored composting program.
Its actually really cool. If I didn't live in an apartment I would definitely do it.

If you do not have internet access (DUH!) you can watch tonight on KCAL 9 at 2am (well, Saturday morning / Friday Night how ever you want to look at it...
