Default Do people still go to WCN? Who do they look for?

I did an oil change, changed the windows motor and wheel alignment with the discount a few months ago.
I wanted to check my alignment result, but they told me the printer isnt working, and they WILL mail me the receipt and the alignment result. However, I NEVER receive it.

And now, the windows still have problem, after it goes up, it will automatically goes up half way, so I have to hold the up button everytime. Plus, the window isnt sealed properly.. There is a leak..

And just now I found out my car is leaking some liquid from the right front part.. Around the battery bay area..

So I must have to go to WCN for this. Anyone recommend who should I look for?

Thanks in advance.

The last time I went, a few months ago, he already went to a Lexus dealer.
I talked to him before, he is very nice.
How long ago did you see him in WCN?

Well I was there a few days ago for an oil change but didn't see him. Last time I saw him there was when I got my engine replaced which was about 3 months ago I believe.

Last time I went to Jeff, and they charged me more than the price they said to me in the beginning..
Lucky that I'm a good math person, and I told them the total isnt that much...

Now I just want to fix my windows, and the leaking.. and also get back the result of my 4-wheel alignment, if they really did it..

Ya when I went in for my oil change, I went to Jeff since I didn't know any of the others that were working that day. Didn't seem too friendly for some reason..

Heri is gone. I don't htink they have a designated person for Z's anymore but the few times i've dealt with Phelipe, he was nice.

I was there the other day for the MOTUL special and to get my SES light checked out, I was in and out in about a little over an hour considering I went on a friday afternoon with no appointment. Steve is the service guy that checked the car in, was very nice and did everything right. Ray was the lube tech that did the work, cool guy and seems like he knows his stuff. Total came out to about a little under $55.

I usually go to Felipe, but will go to whoever is available. Doesn't really make a difference, especially for regular service.

Jeff (the writer) is no longer with us. Any of the guys out in service are getting pretty good handling you guys. You can always ask for Ruben the service Director. He will watch over your cars. Also come find me and let me know you're here. I am spending a lot of time at our new store (West Covina Toyota) lately, but I do come and go all day. I'll be happy to help all I can!

Reuben took over Franks position as Service Manager.

Heri was a service writer, not that it matters, but i just thought i'd clarify.
