if you are serious, why don't you consider trading your Z with someone else's G35? I'm sure there's got to be some G35 owners that are kicking themselves for not getting a Z....maybe some will even pay YOU to do the trade (I'm thinking 350Z's are more desirable in the marketplace than G35's)

I would've bought a G35C if they were available in August and the base model came with the manual tranny. I love my Z, don't get me wrong. Its just what I woulda done. . .

Main reason - every now and then (maybe once a month, if even), I want to haul around more than 1 person. Its so rare its almost nothing, but when it does come up, it drives me nuts.

Oh well, Nissan got me.

But if anyone wants to give me $55k, I'd definitely get an FX45 for car #2.

Take it ez

you're looking at ~1.2-2g's for full coil-overs and $300-400 for springs.

That's not including the alignment you'll need afterwards.

You can haul around more than 1 person in the Z. 2nd and 3rd person can be fit where you put your 2 golf bags.
