patiently waiting for the next meet... any info on the long beach or a PCH cruise?
im like the only person i know that lives in a 100 mile radius with a Z. would be nice to meet some other members.

 

Is there a meet this week? Got my Z back from the bump shop and got my amber-out completed (again).

 

We'll have another meet towards the end of the month or beginning of June.

Hey guys why wont you join us on the 29th of this Month, Thursday at Autobacs? Wont hurt to stop by and chill for a bit.

Geez Naw man thats too much of negative thinking, I just thought it be a cool Idea to have you guys join a G/Z meet at autobacs since you do it so often, thats why I said it wont hurt to come by, I didn't think you would get offended? Plus their isn't a set date for the next one for you guys so its clearly that I aint trying to back door you, I didnt even think you would react that way

 

i went to this. nothing but young kids in beat 240s standing around looking for trouble. i rolled by with my girl and didnt even want to stop. i tried to look for a few fellow members but not my kind of meet. i guess when you get older(30) you want to hang around more mature car peeps. I cant stand punk kids asking me to do a burn out hit my BOV....

if there are more z/g guys i might go again and just stay on our side of the playground. haha

Haha, The last time b4 the last Autobacs meet (3 months ago?) with The Tech, there was a 240 Meet after. When I left, there were kids in the parking lot (240s) revving there engine blowing smoke, waisting gas basically. I think thats what he is talking about.

There is a 240 meet at autobacs on thursday nites as well. It starts around like 8 or 9. I'm not sure...

 

I mean everyone and their brother wants to have a meet. Too many meets means less people come to each of them.

I have no problem with other meets, but come on...another one at Autobacs when we already have one established and on a Thursday no less???

I don't mind bowing out of organizing a meet if people would rather go to yours. No biggie to me. I just don't know why people are so impatient that they can't just wait for the next one.

I went from doing it twice a month to now more like once a month. It brings out more people when I do it this way I have found. When people have more and more options, it makes each meet smaller and smaller.

Just my .02. What do I know though, I've only been a member here for 5 years.

 

^^ I'm just trying to set a meet, sorry we happen to have a meet on thursday to, our autobacs meet is on thursday also, i was just thinking positive wise it would be fun if we had the next one together, seeing that a couple of Gz came by to kick it at your meets, just all fun and meets here man, no negative back door trying to step on peoples feet stealing the meet thing, of course no one has to go if they dont want to..

 

Why not just come to the established meet then instead of trying to do another at the exact same place on the exact same day of the week if you're trying so hard not to step on people's feet?

 

It's almost the same thing? If you're really having a meet there on the same day as the time I set up BEFORE i knew that you would have a meet there. i guess im sorry i just so happened to pick a day you might of picked? Geez...I didnt look for this meet on purpose and go oh hey im going to take this meet over by posting and making a 350z/g35/g37 meet on the same day, i know other members are reading this and going dude who cares...

Like i said, even if i didn't post here, we have our meets at autobacs too, and if we just happen to show on the same day, then screw it we'll be kicking it anyways together, only thought on my mind was just having the Zs at the meet be cool to, thats it...if you want come down and we can discuss this in real life if this is really an issue to you..

 

It's always the new people who try to do meets. Oh well.

 

there are enough meets in socal. at LEAST one every week.

 

new people, maybe cause my post #s are low, yeah im a part-time my350z, originally made this account so I can contact sam@gtm easier, im on driver 24/7, but sure new, again moving on, this is your thread anyways, if any of you would like to stop by a meet, it would be nice to meet yall, thanks, peace
