I was gonna suggest that. I'm going to be at the Carlsbad Outlet Center Sat am at 7am. We have our monthly car meet there the last Sat of every month, over by Starbucks. We can jopin the caravan as they make their way up around 8:15-8:30. I'm gonna start a 2nd meeting point here.

How long does it take from Carlsbad to HB? I'm new to CA and I heard LA traffic can occur anytime around the clock. Someone told me it takes over an hr to get there w/out traffic. Feel free to change the time from 8:15 to whatever you guys think its appropriate.

If you drive 75-80 with no traffic, it'll take less than an hour. It's roughly 60 miles from carlsbad. There is almost never any traffic on saturdays around that time. Traffic starts in the afternoon. I'll see you guys at the outlet center at 8:15 or so then. Question is, where are we going to catch those other peeps who're driving from SD ?

 

Aren't they suppose to come swing by and round us up? its just off the I-5/Palomar Airport Rd....

 

OK - so I'm ditching the Ranch 99 & autobac meet up in OC to ride with my locals. Thanks for noting the C'BAD cars monthly meet up. Be my 1st time & looking much forward to it. I'll be there around 7:30!!!
