Howdy folks, Gawd it is hot nowadays ain't it? If you need a break from the heat, then please join us for a meet and cruise in San Diego.

Meet Details: There will be a cruise in the morning followed by a meet at Mission Bay Beach. There will be softdrinks and a barbeque running at the beach/park subsequent to the run. Mission Bay has a lot of close by parking so we will be able to be within an eyeshot of our vehicles during the meet.

Cruise Details: The Cruise will follow the Del Dios Highway (S6) to Highland Valley. From Highland Valley we will cut across Julian and take Wildcat Canyon to Interstate 8 (the run ends here). From there, it is a 20 minute drive back to the Mission Bay. Total drive time should be less than an 1.5 hours. A short but thrilling run, nonetheless.

Date is tentatively August 9th or 10th. Please RSVP as I need to know how many burgers and drinks to get. More details to come. Thanks!

I'm in if it's August 10. I'll be at a friend's wedding on the 9th (which happens to be on Mission Bay).

 

HAHAHA!!!! You go boy!!! I was wondering when you were gonna do this. I remember someone was organizing a beach day in SD but that fell apart. And you all know the Triple Threat Krew is a bunch of lazy asses(we can't even organize a simple lunch meet). I am so in. Either day is cool with me.

Woo hoo. Glad this is coming through! I'm so in and hope it's the 9th. If it's the 10th, I'll be there late since I have a hockey game in the morning in Irvine. Anyway, I'll show up to either day. I'm just pushing for the 9th so I can just stay over throughout the weekend with Jae.
