OK.. in light of the recent billion post carne asada thread, who's got the best bánh mě sandwiches, and what's your favorite, baguette or french roll?
(and I bet they don't have these in NM)

I'm liking Tan Hoang Huong Bakery in the plaza on the northeast corner of Euclid and Edinger in Fountain Valley. (Combo on baguette) Although their prices went up to $2.50 i think.

Lee's probably was good in San Jose. They got too popular and became a franchise business. (Although I still eat there at least twice a week ![Wink](https://my350z.com/forum/images/smilies/wink.gif)

Meat circled in red... (note: image stolen from web, poster ate his sandwich too fast to take pictures)

^^ Meat looks a lot like the bread in this pick
+1 on lee's sandwiches sucking. their bread will tear the roof of your mouth apart and they always skimp on the pate!
