Default Need Help

So I am buying a turbo Z from out of state, and i live here in california. With californias tough laws and regulations they would require me to change plates and get a smog immediately? anyone know a place that will pass me on smog? I live around the West Covina/Diamond Bar/Chino area

Like anyone is going to post that info on a public forum or to someone they don't know. Its a $10,000 fine if they get caught doing that.
