i'm so lost in this thread.... but anywho... I have some good news... if it even matters.... i am able to get out of work at 6:30.... gosh that's late... now i just have to find a way to get funds for the long trip... anyone need help so i can make a few bucks?

i don't understand why a drive from sfv to hb is going to be so expensive.. am i missing something??

 

and gas is gettin cheaper everyday

 

every penny counts when you're ridiculously broke... i'll try to find a way though... but gosh, hope I won't be too tired to drive back and forth...

 

I sure there are some very nice gentlemen on here that wouldn't mind giving you a ride or something. lol.

Like Blu Blur asked, what do you do for a living? I'm sure some of these guys wouldn't mind you giving them a hand. If you work on the Z yourself, I'm sure we wouldn't mind having you help out for some extra cash... smaller hands, easier to get to those dropped bolts and nuts.

 

i'd like to take my baby with me if it's going to be a car meet... i'm a tech for flextronics... i've done some work on my cars, but not this particular one yet... just got her recently... and of course, those darn nuts and bolts rattling like there's no tomorrow... i've had my share of those and small hands absolutely do help a whole lot.

 

What's flextronics if you don't mind me asking?

Ohhh... rattling is no good... it drove me crazy on my old car, but that bad boy had been totally stripped down a few times, even had a transplant or two... lol.

At any rate, I told you I'd drive to SFV and fill up your tank if you really wanted to go to the meet -- the offer is still open.

it will take LESS then a 1/4 tank one way. $40 gets me like 2/3+ tank now. gas is uber cheap now, should be able to find the gas money in the couch no-a-days lolz
