haha, I'm genetically blessed. I run 3 miles or do 35 minutes elliptical 4 x a week. No squats. I can build muscle so easily it's crazy. I have a better 6-pack than Mike. I only weight train every 5 or 6 days too.... (ok, I'm obsessive. But it helps relieve job stress).

all bark/Joe was telling me that this is going to change drastically when I hit 29 or 30 - after that, the metabolism is all downhill. Hopefully not though....

Mike says it's a good thing I wasn't born a guy, or I'd be crazy-big. Now I'm just defined and little.
