It's not really the movie theater, it the parking structure for the Media Ctr. to be exact, they'll be on the top floor on top of Hooters-Burbank.

I'm going to try to make it, but I have a shitload of papers due this week and next.. God I hate school.

lol only reason i ask is we host a meet every tuesday with a bbq every first tuesday of the month. Its at our friends shop, private parking lot in all. So ya. Been good so far. But the turn out for Z's is pretty much me. We did have one off alicia at the 5, but cops came so we stopped that.

I dont get why people hate so much on car meets. Like we arent cause problems or trouble and they still feel the need to mess with up and give us a hard time.

Well the very first burbank/glendale meet was actually down the street from this place, @ the local bestbuy which is also called the Burbank Empire Ctr.

We intially met there to go take some pics and go eat Panda Express... next thing you know.. Rent a cops kick us out... apparently there were meets there before us... *cough*SCION*cough* and they caused soooooo much **** that they banned car meets there in general... so you can thank them for that.

As for the new spot, the Burbank Media Ctr Parking Structure... we've had two meets there with no problems, and most of the people usually end up eating at Hooters afterwards so we have a legit reason to be there... but this time one of the Rent a cops was being a d!ck and called the Burbank PD on us... so yeah now thats done.

I wish we could drive down to HB.. but because its so late in the evening not many can tolerate the drive back.. I would be down on a weekend.. since I dont have to work and stuff... I can't wait til the next huge meet in HB... the last one was so sick..

 

ya i know, out first 4 meets off alicia at the 5 went really well, but then the cops came and everything stops coming when that happens.

well feel free to come to ours anytime. First tuesday of every month is a BBQ that we put on. So December 2.

With after-work traffic it would take us nearly 1 1/2 hours to get to HB, unfortunately.

I'm going to try to find a different place, but we're going to also try speaking to the owners of the Media Center to give us permission to stay there, because it's a really chill spot.

Jubes, I'm sorry you didn't get your shot, it was going to be awesome. We'll get it next time, if we can't get that spot we'll get another spot with permission from the start so we won't have problems.

Dont mean to sound like a dick but i doubt this happened from you guys doing nothing. ****ing ridiculous, we,ve been having our G meet there for 6+ months never had 1 problem. You have 2 meets there now this.
Rent-a-cop talkto us last time, even had a BPD roll up there and all was cool after talking with them.

 

Standing there talking about our cars and smoke cigarettes is about it. Rent a cops were cool with us last time, we explained and they left, today they woke up on the wrong side of the bed or something.
