beef short rib cut perpendicular to the rib in a steak like fashion.




Then there's the restaurant style type eatery where massive amount of meat + plus side dishes are served to you, while you bbq in the middle of your table.

dude there's Korean BBQ on Sherman Way and White Oak in the Korean Plaza... all you can eat for $15!!!! I went there with my buddies this past sunday.. and it was awesome.. and the pieces are actually thicker than the ones in LA! You should go Mark.

 

NEVER seen that stuff before.. looks neat though for sure.
