Ya, I can read and write. My wife is Western Armenian, we don't have kids yet but if and/or when we do I don't want them to lose that side of their culture because of me, so I'm learning.

you ar amazing. props to you man, its not the easiest language to just "pick up", and as mentioned even some Armenians do not know how to read and write, which I think is very shameful and inexcusable no matter where you were born and raised.

You owe it to the many fallen ancestors before you. I think its very disrespectful to just throw all that history away to a side and just because your lazy and wanna take the easy way out. If your attitude is who cares, then im pretty speechless. As Corey said you WILL regret it down the line.

 

This is weird...the last couple times i pulled up at a gas station to get some gas Ive been questioned about my car. the weird part is each time the person has said "Ferrari makes your exhaust."...WTF? is that true? first time i ever heard of that.
