possibly 4 gauge. 8 is too small and 2 is fairly large.

a full wiring kit i get for like 40 bucks (power,ground,rca,rem turn on)
wiring harness is like 6 bucks
box is somehwere between 20-30 depending on size
and i do installs as well for only 100 bucks if its amp wiring and headunit lol

Do you work for food/beer???? I'm currently have a Kenwood DVD player that came with the car, but will be swapping it out for Pioneer GPS unit sometime next month. I always do all my own audio work on my previous cars, but this is the first time I'll be messing with the audio on the Z. Wouldn't hurt to have a second set of eyes that's familiar with the car already.
