Literally he comes and pushes me off his z and goes back to whoever he was talking to. It caught us all off guard, we were looking at each other saying "wtf did he just do that"

I took it in for an oil change last Monday and one of the service guys backed into the front passenger-side fender. There was a small dent, some paint chipped off, and the front bumper was a bit off alignment. Despite all that, they took care of the rental car, repairs, and the oil change....w/e....
The only problem I had was that I had to ask if my car was ready because I waited for 2 1/2 hours; only then the service manager told me there was an accident....what's up with that?! I could've left way earlier in time for work, booOO! Anyway, I have my car back now but the front bumper is still a bit off.
W/E!! Is there a meet this week or what? Can't wait.
