so i receive a letter in the mail today talking about contacting a lawyer about going to court to fight the ticket or whatever? wtf...so not only do i have to pay the fine, i also have to go to court? even if i pay off the ticket will it still be on my record, and even if it's not on my record, if i re-apply the tint and get pulled over again will the violation be worse than the 1st time and an even bigger fine? please help

Im thinking this is the only way if u dont wanna take off ur tint every time u get caught or if u just wanna keep it on.
They will check the VIN.
