Just when you thought it couldnt get worse
Just when i thought it was over, something else happened today that made me step back a bit.
My best friend's 240sx was stolen today around 530 at GCC in the Civic Auditorium Parking lot. indeed it is a sad day since that car was my brother's car before my friend had bought it.
Be careful where u park your car guys. the thing that gets me is how is it possible that someone knew where the killswitch was?
Weird huh?
Dumbasses dunno how to respect others... :/ indeed a sad day

lol....full coverage on a 240?? Please. Even if he had comprehensive coverage, that car is worth nothing according to the insurance company. Especially if he bought it hooked up and has no receipts.
I carry Comp on my 240 but I have receipts for EVERYTHING. Oh and I work for my insurance company
People should seriously invest in an Autoloc. I trust mine and wont walk into a 7Eleven without putting it on my clutch.

Well, 06MagZ, then I guess the guys sh*t outta luck then. So what's this autoloc you speak of? Is it that thing that locks your clutch pedal with the steering wheel?
That sucks... but I did catch some f*ggot trying to key my old car years back. It was sweet when I walked up to him and what happened to him afterwards.

Autoloc just locks your clutch. Anything that "tries" to lock your steering wheel is garbage, they cut through it easily. This thing is tough as fawk and would take quite a while to cut through. It also wouldnt be smart to cut through the clutch pedal because then you've just fawked up your whole plan.

^ Have to look into the autoloc, sounds good for theft prevention. I didn't think you would use anything that locks to the steering, for the exact reason you mentioned.

wow sorry to hear that, post some pics maybe we'll see it around....
what year was the 240sx?
if they bypassed teh killswitch they probably towed the thing honestly...
its strange though cause glendale PD is super duper **** hope you alerted them and gave them a heads up, instead of harassing modded cars maybe they can solve this case

also if they knew where the killswitch is it maybe odd but it might be someone who helped install it or knows the owner of the 240...
what type of kill switch is it?
my old bmw had one really hidden well and it was a fuel cut off kind the car would eventually choke and stop from fuel deprivation.
