Jeez, 10k? So 40k+ for a 370Z?

With that pricing, a brand new C6 Corvette or a used C5 ZO6 doesn't look too bad.

^That's exactly what I was thinking. Although, when I had a chance to talk to a salesperson, he said "we can work something out with that". He also said he had an appt that day with someone very interested in the silver one.

I have no idea. If you're interested, please contact our fleet manager, Ken. 626.305.3000, let him know that I had referred you.

I drove the yellow 370 today at WestCo. They had it listed at 32k and eventually went down to 29.(base model). However with how much i owe on my car it didn't make sense for me.

Anyhow for the test drive the only thing i could say is like Andy said, the car is definately smoother and the tranny feels way better. As for the power, I'd say it feels slightly faster then the vq35HR's but nothing to get too excited about. The only slight disapointment i had was when i was trying to play with the rev matching feature, i honestly couldn't feel it "working" when i'd downshift. I dunno, maybe the base model doesn't include the feature?

They'll go down to MSRP, but quite honestly, you'll have a hell of a time convincing a dealership to give you it at MSRP without running your credit first. Unless they were trying to just get you to do the paperwork, which wouldn't surprise me.

That feature is only available if equipped with Sports Package. How much do you still owe on your Z? I still owe some money for my Z too but I might just do it

They had a pair down at Superior Nissan as well. 10k markup seems to be the standard?

So how good does the rev matching tranny actually feel? I think it would prove to be really good on the track as long as there is no lag like in the shifts with the automatics.

your response should have been "i'm sorry, did you say you or your dad put the order in for you?"

Should've just gave him the thumbs up, smile, and said make sure you tell your daddy to get you the color you want and in manual trans. Would've made him feel stupid blabbering in front of his friends like he's the sht or something.
