I called Huntington Beach Community Service. They are in charge of these... waiting for call back. I will try to get us 100 spots sealed off so we don't have some pos cars in the middle of the group. Don't guarantee anything but we'll try.

If they give us parking, I'll leave ahead before everyone does just so I have the spots ready... (which means I'm gonna miss the big caravan )

 

so when do you plan on going to the beach if they give it to us? I can go with you. im not too sure about the cruise.... im a bit of a road hazard, haha. I keed! but I just don't want to take the chance. I prefer the beach and sun anyway.

as for the Time... The cruise is suppose to leave In & Out at 3.. 30-40 min drive... I'd say 4:30 give or take for everyone to start showing up in HB. So I will get a few guys to get to the beach at 3. I'll leave at 2:30ish before everyone leaves so people don't get confused and follow us instead.

I'll confirm the time after I call HB again. If they don't give us parking, I'll try head out a little earlier than that and use my awesome Evo to somehow save 100 spots...

If we don't get the spots reserved, anyone want to help me take some cones from Grand construction???

 

I got six cones (which belongs to the City of Cerritos) that we can use or I can use some yellow police tape

Update:

Huntington Beach said it is ok for us to park and bon fire. There is a 10$ parking fee per car! They said we can't reserve the spots because that'll make it into an event, which we'd have to apply for insurance and all that. But he said I can go in around noon and use cones and police tape to seal off 120 spots.

He kept my number just in case something happens and he will call me ahead of time. So I'll be gathering cones these days. At the Meet, I'll leave In&Out around 2 to cone off as much spots as possible. I can't guarantee random cars inside though. Maybe if I seal it off, they will come back and move it.

I Will be leaving In & Out at 2 to go seal off the beach! Please donate Cones and Yellow Warning Tape. If anyone want to come along with me, that'll be great too.

Lush!!! Since you are the "organizer"! You better be at the beach at 2:30 and keep me company!

 

Robert, I'll need as much cones and tape please Are you able to fit them and bring it to In&Out? I drive a white Evo so I should be pretty easy to spot
