actually, he is really good about wearing gear... probably wears it more than i do. but no, he just had on a windbreaker, a regular windbreaker, jeans, helmet (of course) and gloves. he had plans on friday night with some friends but got cancelled last minute so he rode to another one of our friend's house. leaving there going home is when it happened. from hacienda to diamond bar... got on at 7th ave, got hit just past hacienda blvd.

thanks guys for the concern. this is was big wake up call for our crew of guys that ride together. we have been getting lazy about wearing jackes and the race/motorcycle boots lately because of the hot weather. but this pretty much brought all of us back down to reality that it may not be your fault, but stuff can happen anytime on a bike.

for those of you riding, or thinking about riding, remember, always wear gear! buy a summer jacket (mesh) if you have to. I'm terrible at this, i have one and i don't even wear it most of the time if i'm just riding close to home.

hey i am buying a truck for my pops... off my homie. a 2000 chevy silverado 1500, 4x4, ext cab, reg bed.

pretty excited about it. new addition to the family. now i got something to haul the croth rocket to trach day with haha. just have to "borrow" it from pops. lol.

lol... the silverado might not happen now. homie's wife might want to keep it for a bit longer. they are trying to have a baby, so they need to move into a bigger house first. so i donno, probably just pick up another truck or something later on.

 

i'll call you later man. i'm not 100% sure about it now. my grandma is leaving to go back to taiwan on thursday so we might be having a family dinner tomorrow.

let me find out tonight and i'll let you know.
