yeah that civic was something alright. one of the workers there saw me taking pics with my phone.. had a smirk on his face, he probably thought i liked it lol..

I didnt see the driver cuz the car was already parked when I got there... I wonder what she was doing at the DMV in SD? Are they that bad in the OC/LA area? LOL
