The owner is more riced out than the car. Listening to him describe the car sounds like he doesn't know anything. but the tails and exhaust are definately riced out

 

this lovely pedazo de mierda was on ramona and bp blvd at the Chase...too bad I didnt get a pic of the front but on the fronts he's got an S13 FRONT the rears look like 05 and up Civics a folgers fart can and not much else...was struttin around like he's all that..I just LOL'ed

The sad thing is that I actually like these cars . I think they can be made to look really clean, it's just too bad that 90% of them are riced out.
