Ok let me clarify on a few points I made in my first post.
2 lane is for someone like me who wants to take photographs and/or videos of the caravan.
I went to the e92 meet up near Santa Barbara a few months ago and you would not believe how many people got pulled over by the cops even when they were in a single lane cruising at exactly the speed limit posted. Also, I don't have to lead, I'm just making a thread across to all VQ forums so we can all gather together since we all live so closeby.

LOL NELSON im not here to pull any criminal stunts. But yea im quitting tomorrow so my last day is tomorrow, reason why? got class and looking for something to support my major.

And I said 65 for a reason. People are going to get lost by cars coming in-between, especially during freeway on-ramps. This speed would give people time to catch up. No one is wanting to risk a speeding ticket (another ticket for many of us) just to catch up to a caravan. Learn from experience. At the Shine BBQ, the caravan was f*cked up as hell with people flooring onto the on ramp on Azusa and driving recklessly on the freeway. So what happened? AFKguy, Quan, and I got so far behind we got lost and could not catch up to the caravan, and therefore formed our own little 3-man caravan there for the rest of the trip. Actually, the 626 caravan diverged into many small caravans and got there on different times. Again, defeats the purpose of a nice caravan.
And wow, 1 stupid fault on the Garmin and y'all complaining. I was and knew I was going south the whole time but suddenly the GPS started tripping and saying "Recalculating" and telling me to go the other direction. I was actually videotaping the whole thing using my left hand and at the same time trying to shift, steer, and listen to the GPS.
I hope you guys can understand where I'm coming from

People need to use their brain too on these things.. if you lag behind, get to the left lane and speed up a little.. don't just drive same speed and expect everyone to wait for you.. and don't say I don't want to risk a ticket.. caravan going 65-70 on the right lane..
If cops pull people over for tint/no plate.. that popo is a dick.. you can't help it for caravans... you join a caravan, you will get spotted fast.. and some cops are just dicks. can't help it..
as for the 2 lane thing.. you could always merge out for picture taking.. that's great! but if the caravan gets big enough that 1 lane is usually not possible, you better make sure everybody knows every exit. If there's some traffic, and caravan merges to another freeway or exit, the left lane suckers are going to have a hard time merging out.. which usually require dangerous lane change / major speeding taking off or major slowing down

But on the real side, I prolly won't be leading. Most likely be going around taking photos.
Serf: It's very nice! Has a lil suction sound but I can only hear it when I roll down my windows, or go WOT LOL. But I can feel a lil pull at around 5.5k

boba we not dissing you, just messin with you. but seriously, last time when we caravaned to the infamous meet in irvine. i swear i was driving 55 with m0nkie following me. i was getting noticed by the cops... and nobody caught up. so we just said forget it and drove 70 when two others caught up.
