Hey guys,

well i'm trying to help my brother out. he has been driving an old dieing Dodge Caravan and smog is due soon. He did the smog test and failed. we got the van looked at and the amount to fix the van will come out to more than what the car is worth.

so here it is. I'm looking for a good running almost trouble free car for him. He has no mechanical experience, heck he even needed help replacing the lightbulb lol. He can't drive stick and can't finance a car. coupe/sedan/truck is all good. no american cars.

Try Craigslist, they have plenty of cars in that price range

 

I think the idea of asking here is more or less to get it from someone a little more reliable. buying a beater off of craigs can be hit and miss! hell any car at that price range would be hit and miss : )

 

well yeah, thats why i went and asked here since we're all car guys we tend to take care of our cars and WOULDN'T lie to a fellow Z owner riiiiiiiiiiite? lol
