Default Southern California Paint/Body Shops

So I recently purchased an 03 350z and was looking to make some changes to it. Was looking at getting a new front bumper for now and was looking around to see how much it would cost to get primed/painted. I called 2 different body shops, one said $500 (+/- $100) and the other said $250 but he didn't sound sure about it. Anyone recommend a shop in socal, Irvine area if possible. Any idea what I should expect for a price range?

$250, tops $300.
Don't be paying $500 to paint a bumper.
Let me know if you have a kit already and tell me its material and how the fitment is.
Better material and fitment = less cost.

Have not purchased anything yet, Was looking at the Gruppe-s Aerosync N-Style Polyurethane Front bumper. I've called a couple more places and this is what I have so far.

Quigley - $500
irvineautocollision.com- $225
Carriage Collision - $250
20 20 Auto Body Tech - $365 (oem bumper cost, said aftermarker bumper would be A LOT more)
Dr. Evil Auto Body - $150

The guy I talked to at Dr. Evil actually sounded the most knowledgeable, was actually suprised he gave me the cheapest quote. Anyone else been there or heard of him. Would hate to get it painted and have a shitty job done.

Here is a shop that I would recommend

Utu Autobody Repair
3500 Westminster Ave Ste F
Santa Ana, CA 92703
(714) 554-3222

He has repainted a couple of my friends' car and he is currently fixing my quarter panel, installing a full body kit, and repainting my entire car. Tell him that Jerry with the red Lexus SC sent you

From what I have learned first hand. You do get what you pay for. I might be wrong but I highly doubt you can get a front bumper painted correctly for $150 bucks.

Anyone can slap a coat of primer and paint on the bumper and screw on it. You have to spend some time to do the prep work.
