As for Rainbow Polishing...

I went there and the manager was not there. No one knew what to tell me. One guy talked smack about a new guy that he didn't know shiet. The other guy gave me a quote but wasn't sure about the price. They said I needed to paint the whole rim, when I'm just trying to Powder Coat one lip. So it's a definitely a No for me, sorry.

I also stoped by at Sports Automotive in the city of El Monte (off of Garvey) and they gave me a quote of $155 to powder coat a 2-Piece Rim Lip. They included Labor. ...so that my friends is another NO for me.

Correct, they do painting.

Much safer for your wheels.

They advised me to polish all four rims. ...

all i want to paint/powder coate a rim's lip.

flat black.

I'm just gonna get a spray can and paint it myself. lol. who gives a fudge, lol. jk.

lol. Right know i have two, I have 07's blacks which i'll be selling for $500 lol... and i have customs which you see in the picture which i'm tryin to powder coat.
