I sent them a bent wheel, they've had my wheel for 2 weeks now..it doesn't normally take this long does it? Maybe they haven't started? Anyone had any experience with them before?

They have done a bunch of stuff for me...polished wheels, polished timing covers, polished cam covers...etc. I have gotten great service from them.

So i got my wheel back today, after 3 weeks. They fixed my curb rash and polished my barrel no charge. I asked them if it was bent only on the outside or both, they said both. I was happy to finally get my rim back, and was glad they fixed my the curb rash w/o me asking them to. Unfortunately when i got home, the rim was still bent. I'm going to take it back tomorrow and hopefully get this taken care of..but..since the wheel has already left the premises and i think they might try to tell me what i bent it after i left, and end up not fixing the bend (which originally took it in for).

can you tell if they even tried to fix the bend in your wheel at all? its it better than before or is it still the same?

hope everything works out for you.
