used tires have to look at the manufactured date on the side of the tire. bunch of numbers and there's somewhere on the internet telling you how to read it. if it's a really old tire... it might be weakened by age. but if you just drive easy on them... i guess it's ok.

i wouldn't buy used tires if they are too old. just saying that i like my wheels better than my tires. lol.
