Hmmm.... I see the purpose of trying to bring business to a fam. shop, but you need a more realistic time. Fridays, seriously, at mid-day? How many people can actually or would realistcally want to make it? IF in fact the remaining members that actually leave work early I doubt they'll want to head over to Holt Blvd.
Stick with the weekends and you'll have a higher turn out. Even if you stick with Saturday mornings you may get lucky and start an IE C&C location if there's much incentive.
Sunday is a good time to chill & relax too, but if it's not in your current bus. plan, then maybe that day should be blocked out unless you plan on opening specifically for the meet/s

The meet is going to be Saturday June 5 for sure. Starting at 1:00 PM. Sorry if you can't make it but this time is most convenient for me and the others here. Please try to show up. We aren't looking for a lot of people to be here just as long as we get something started.
The parking lot is decent but the entrance is a little unfriendly to lowered cars.

i just checked out the entrances. there are two of them. the one on holt will be problematic for lowered cars but the one on monte vista should be good if you guys angle up. It seems easy to do it but my car isnt lowered so i wouldnt really know.
for those of you with lowered cars i suggest taking the monte vista entrance. but be careful in the parking lot on that side because the pavement is uneven.
