Default Garden Grove (OC) Nissan Service Experience

I've been here a couple of times only because it was next to my house. the 1st time i brought it there i had my wheel bearing replaced under warranty but i left with 3 scratches on my rear bumper

then today i just went there again thinking i could give them another chance and because i think the wheel bearing on the other side has gone bad. 1st question BENITO asks me is do you have your original wheels (i have work meisters) then his next question is what did i need? i explained to him my problem with the car and in the past week i have been hearing a whining noise at higher speeds from the rear. then he goes its probably because your car is lowered and we most likely wont cover it if its lowered. he explains that nissan knows about 350z's being lowered and it affecting the bearings therefore it wont be covered under warranty (my car is 08 with 20k). then he makes me sign a piece of paper and then he explains to me they are gonna charge me 89.99 to check on it after i had already signed. after he says if they had to tear it down more it could cost me even more i took my car back and left. i know can be because of my wheels or even because of my springs but that guy was a real a$$

I've been to Nissan of GG and Nissan of HB and they are both robbers. Some poonjabi ******* at HB nissan told me that he voided my warranty because I had aftermarket cats on and charged me 90 bucks for a warranty inspection on oil consumption. I called up a different dealer and they checked and my warranty was fine.

It might be far but my experience with West Covina nissan was great, they are mod friendly the last time I checked. I dont know if the same people still work there though.
