5/16 Spacer and Smog

Will I be able to pass smog with a 5/16 plenum spacer.

This would be my second mod.

I had a nismo cai, a nismo exhaust and a 3/8 powerlab spacer and I passed smogged last October. I asked the tech if the numbers are good and he said that it's good. Its a 6 yr old car.

Plenum spacer will pass smog with no problem, I have them for years now.
