Anyone searchign for a house in Pasadena?

My mom's friend is selling her house in pasadena...really close to mine...if anyone is seraching for a house in the area pm me for details.

I recommend contacting a R/E broker when selling houses. (It doesn't exactly work like selling used vehicles.) Your R/E broker will do the proper advertising for you.

well i asked her to give me a week to sell it for her...she'll give me 10k which can go towards mods
