Hmm, I should have reworded my question.

Say I run a stop sign at 4pm. Cop that sees me do it pulls me over at 4:30pm. Is that even plausible?

I got my court papers on Friday. Ticket is for $378. Glad it wasn't $500+! However, they have my license plate as "RUINEOZ". That's not correct. My plate says "RUINED Z". I think I have a better chance of fighting it because of that?

Leaving the motion show and had to exit to get gas.... first thing I see when I exited was two CHP and they waived me down.... pulled me over... fix it ticket
