Really can't say since I only tried auto explosion. I have never dealt with any other shop, this was my first experience. You can search them in the forum and read about them.

Definately check out R&J Autobody in Carson, ca

A huge portion of the g35s in socal go there.

Jesse is the man! He will make the bodykit fit like oem, n ur paint will come out awesome.

He only does one car at a time, so he focuses on ur ride only.

Tell him mike cortes sent u...

Def need more aggressive wheels. Also should have left doorhandles silver or blue. I don't think the black flows. Everything else looks awesome.

That's the question though what wheels , I think concave is best for this kit . Was eyeing the forgestar f14s or te37s in gloss black

forgestar and te37 is not in the same ballpark. Forgestar is not really forged. They say "rotary forged" which is a fancy way of saying cast. If you're looking for a nice wheel that's forged, go with SSR or Volk

on the Autoshop, can't really beat Autoexplosion for quality of work, delivery time and the price (for the work they do) Esteban is the man!

I know forgestar uses the same type of "forging"(fancy cast) as weds, enkie, etc(maybe not step by step but similar). As for the te37, yeah they cost more no big deal, so do advans, ssr, weds, and so forth. I really don't mind the price as long it's reasonable for the product eg. I decided on the superlock vs cusco or even kaaz, so yeah I do my reasearch to the best of my ability lol. But why do you suggest ssr? Any specific model? And, which volks, besides the te's?

p.s. I didn't mean to rant but just figured I'd let everyone now before they think i'm a noob or 19 lol (I'm still a noob to some). Oh and esteban kept my car a week and a half longer but i'm a patient person

Not sure what your price range is but I think some XD9's would look sick, look up boomerZ33, perfect example of these on a blue Z

or TE37SL in blue

I like the work meisters and the s1 looks cleaner in my opinion with out the rivets(how it comes), I looked into all the weds including the xd9 and the offsets are very limited. I have bbk so it limits my selection. I mainly want wheels that "flow" with the kit as wheels make or break the look/scheme/vibe the car has. Also I like concave wheels(DEEEEEEPP concave) because everyone has huge lips and imo the kit makes the car look sporty and i feel lips would clash with that unless they are painted black. Price isn't really an issue as i save up(how ever long it takes) and do one thing at a time or many little ones all together. So the list is

1) S1's (either 1,2 or3 p)deep lip painted black with center color matched to car OR gloss black lip matte center.

2) Forge specialties DEEp concave same schemes as above

3) gloss black te37's blue stickers

4) forgestar f14's in gloss black or bronze burst(deepest concave available)

5)any other one that you guys recommended that looks good(so far the xd9's in black matte center gloss lip Or cr kai's

Also what do you guys think about black chrome finishes on wheels?

SSR is a true Forged wheel at much less than Volk. Still made in Japan. brian (rubicant) ordered himself some SSRs Type F through Corner3 and they should be coming in this month.

All nice wheels though, but those companies like forgestar that say rotary forged or "fancy forged" since they're cast, all relatively heavy wheels compared to volk, ssr, Advan is i think a mix of forged/cast but still very lightweight.

Hugo, did the body shop end up modifying your fender liners to fit the bumper?
