I vote for Sat. 3pm until ?, In n Out burger on Tampa Ave in Northridge, there plenty of parking and other restaurant around. Close to the mall and other stuff. Next to the carwash place.

thats a good spot, 5 guys is right next door to in n out also. i dont know what the parking lot is like at that time of day tho
