Jeff, before you put anything on, let's chat.

I am expecting to receive the Crawford plenum. I hate moving my stock strut brace and have gone to Torrance just to have them readjust after I took it off once. That being the case, perhaps, if Jason is willing, the Crawford can be dynoed on his car. The strut brace can be readjusted easily at Performance.

What I am thinking is Jason does his dynos, we install the plenum, and redyno. Of course, I am willing to pay for the second $45 dyno. I just don't want to deal with the hassle of readjusting the strut brace. What do you guys think?

 

Can anyone confirm a final date yet?

 

is there any exact dates yet? if there is let me know, i'm in! also, beside my z, are other cars aloud or is it specifically just for Zs?

 

The event is up in the air only because we don't have 15+ confirmations yet... and there's always flakes. If we can't get a list of 18-20 by the end of the month we'll have to cancel.

Unconfirmed date is Saturday, Feb 7th.

We need as many cars as possible. Dth288, open to any cars not just Z's.

Jeff/Jason, can you help pass the word along to some of your daily customers regarding this dyno day? I'm sure theres more than a few customers with new parts that would like to dyno.

zx Saint. At some point, how/when will you communicate the final date. Since its sometimes difficult for us to follow all of these threads, do you think you could PM all of us once everything is confirmed? i just don't wanna miss some critical logistical info and leave everyone hanging.....I am a man of my word. It doesn't look like it's gonna happen. With a list of only 8 and it being 2 weeks away, i'd rather not take the chance of coming up short. I need 15 solid confirmations.

Maybe we can push the date further in hopes to get more interest.

Well I'm still interested in going, and I told my co worker with a 300zx about it and he's willing to go. He said he can grab like at least 4 or 5 more 300zx's so if ur still down to run this thing zx, then please do. I told my friend to post on this board to finalize everything. Well, I was planning on being gone from the forum. But, like Al Pacnio in God Father III, "just when I thought I was out, they drag me back in."

I've received a package from Crawford, care of StrictlyZ. I haven't opened it yet but it's likely the plenum. That puts me in a tough spot because I said I was going to do a review and they've followed through.

I'm on for the dyno day.
