MEETING CONFIRMED! 8am Sat 1/24/04 SHELL STATION. Bottom of Angeles Crest Hwy. 210 east/west, exit Angeles Crest Hwy Exit...Shell station is just south of the freeway...100 yards. My name is Sharif, and I'm driving a Black Enthusiast (Volk GT-C's 19's)



I posted this in the general forum, becuase I didn't realize there was a socal forum. Woohoo! Hello everyone!

Anyways, looks like I have commitments from at least three other people. Anyone else interested? We refine the meet time/location, but tentatively planned to meet at the Shell station at 8am this Sat morning. 210 west/east, and exit Angeles Crest Hwy 2. The gas station is just a tad south of the freeway...can't miss it.

Here is the original post I placed in the general forum:

"I'm kinda new to the board, but thought I'd propose a Saturday run through Angeles Crest Hwy...route/timing TBD. I'm a seasoned veteran through the Crest on my Ducati 998, but want to practice with the Z. I suggest meeting at or near the Shell station off the 210 Freeway/Angeles Hwy 2 Exit. Maybe 8am or so?"

As you know, AC is a zero tolerance road with CHP now so be carefull out there.

Thanks Sho-Time! This is definately the highest quality web-board I have ever visited......I am happy to be a member.

Let's stick to the orginal 8am at the Shell station. It is the easier landmark for everyone to meet. At that side, the group can decide front side or back side Crest.
