Default wheel shop broke my lugnut, where to fix?

Hey guys I took my car in to have a wheel replaced and the wheel shop accidentally broke one of the lugs off while taking off the wheel.

its hard to explain but pretty much one of the lugs got stuck while they were taking it off and basically used too much force and broke the lug.. so half of the metal piece that the lug screws onto the wheel is stuck in the lug nut .. I'm now rolling on 4 lug nuts instead of 5 since I am unable to put the 5th lug nut on because the piece broke off.

Does anyone know how much or where I can go to fix this on the cheap in so cal? thank you!

Buy a replacement stud at the dealer or if you plan to run extended studs, here's an excuse to upgrade now to longer studs.

So cal is vague. LA...SD?
