socal lawyers need some help

hey lawyers of socal

I need some help in a recommendation as to who is a good law firm to help me file for trademarks or if that is even necessary.

I know I can file for trademark on the uspto.gov site but do I need a law firm to back me up?

lots of speeding in the 350z.

I have a cousin who does patent law, I'll ask him when we next chat about that hook up.
