well, it finally happened. got my sc installed by speed force racing, which i can't say enough positive things about. expert install. started right up and ran perfectly with no problems whatsoever. chirped second and third like never before, even with the vdc on. going back tues for gauges and a post-install dyno, and i will report all with pix in a new thread afterward.

 

awesome. Glad to hear SFR did the install. Tim is a great guy, and just like you said, they do quality work there. Looking forward to seeing some dynos.

I thought I'd introduce myself to the people on this thread. I've been on this forum a few months but have yet to go to these Tuesday meets. I'll try and make it out today and check out everyones Z's.

Who runs this meet? I'd like to setup a Orange County/San diego meet in San Clemente or Oceanside so we can all get to know one another and make next month's meet huge Let me know if you guys are interested

 

no one really runs it that i know of. just post the 411 here, and we'll show up as able. sounds like a great idea. i guess the first thing to do is decide on a place. any ideas anyone? i prefer oside, cuz i'm coming up from close to the border.

 

Okay, help me finalize a spot. Preferrably a big parking lot/area and a place to eat. I'm even open to going to a beach location and BBq'n

We can meet at Mossy Ocenaside on the 78 freeway...big parking lot there...

 

I was viewing this map and it looks like San Clemente and Dana Point are in the "middle" of San Diego and LA/OC area. I think we can get a larger turnout by making the drive as equivalent as possible, so we can all meet up I just don't know if anything is in these areas
