[It seemed like everyone there knew each other.... kind of intimidating for the new guys like myself. Hopefully I'll get to meet more of you at future gatherings.]
You've crystalized my thoughts effectively.
After lurking on the board for some time, I felt compelled to meet you people. I'm glad I did. Although it was my first meet, it was a pleasure chatting with some of you. What can I say? You all struck me as good peeps. And you all have impeccable taste in cars.
In the future, I hope to meet all good Z blood. Perhaps we can get some name tags going next time.
I tip my hat to Eric (BullishZ) and anyone else who helped out on the organizing end. I didn't really get a chance to meet any of the organizers but you're obviously cool people.

Stiv and Joe56:
I'm glad you posted this. Even for some us old long-time forum dwellers it can be intimidating. I probably only knew a dozen or fewer real names of many of people there, and I've been on this forum since day one. I've added a few more names-to-nicks, and sadly have forgotten a few more since the meeting.
The new people I did meet are some of the nicest people I've ever met, and I know that those I didn't get to meet would probably fall into this same category.
I think avatar/nickname/real name tags should be something we incorporate soon. I didn't know until this thread that we had one of our infamous forum robots at the meet in El Diablo.
More Meets Needed!

Thanks for the food!

That was a great idea about that name tag! We can literally use those as our name tags at our next event (if that name gets chosen).
ha:
Good to see you again! See you at Palomar!
scott:
Nice to finally have met someone from my industry!
clint:
That M was your bro? I just assumed he was your friend... I'm glad you invited your bro so that my friend with the other silver M3 had someone to talk to!
stiv:
Come out more often and you'll find out there are many good people in our bunch! Don't be afraid.... there are many ppls I don't know still too!
Others that I met at the meet, nice to meet you! And those who I haven't met yet.... I hope to meet you soon! Hope to see you guys again!

hey guys and gals
good seeing all of you all.
I should have called after I was done picking up my beaters door.
It would have been fun kick it for longer at D&B.
All I have to say is damn Riverside is far when there's a butt load of traffic on the 91.

He Wasn’t my Blood Brother but were best of friends.
He just moved here from NYC. We'll be seeing him around.
I think we've got a few M3's permanently in our ranks
My TRACK & his M3 Convertable.
