Voting is over. 3FIVEZEROZ is our official name! Post sigs here.
Thanks Jeff for the compliment. I'm not the most patient guy out there... so it was hard for me to slow down the process so it wouldn't be deemed unfair or whatnot.
Thank GOODNESS it's over!!!

You know it! Just give me a vector file, jpeg, no napkins please, and I can program anything u all want. Jacket backs, polos, sleeve hits, caps whatever. Thing is embroidery is a little bit more expensive than screen print but looks damn good! So just let me know and we can go from there.
Bullish Great job!!! I, like you, am very happy that this headache is over. We can now move on to do bigger and better things!! Woo hoo!!
Thanks again Clint for helping me w/ my sig....

Programming, which is what I do, usually runs anywhere from $5 per 1000 stitches to $20 per 1000 stitches. What that entails is taking artwork, transferring it to a CAD based software and programming your stitches palet and then saving that onto a disk or email that program to the contractor for a sample sewout.
So if where looking at a small left chest design, like u see on any polo shirts, you would be looking at about a 3-5 thousand stitchcount design(depending on what the logo is). Or going big, like on a jacket back which could run in the 100's of thousands of stitches, but there are tricks to cut the stitchcount down as well, so don't get worried.
So its up to what we want and how we want it to look. I can make something that looks very expensive, be very cheap in price. Been doing this for 16 years and pretty much know what will and won't work. Sorry for the long info but it is important if you want to go the embroidery route.

Well for a contractor to embroider any items they usually will charge anywhere from $.35 per 2000 stitches to $.50 per 2000 stitches. The cost is for machine time ,labor, and supplies. We would have to come up with the garments or find us a vendor who can get it cheaper by the bulk.

EDIT: Oh yeah...there are also no minimums but the price breaks are at 1-dozen and 1-case (100 or so).
They also have stuff just for girls/women...spaghetti strap, etc.
