I was at the San Diego GTG not to long ago and thought it would be great if we did something similar here. There's a new hawaiin restaurant in Northridge called L&L. We all can meet there check out all the Z and have some good food. I want to set the first GTG on Wednesday July 14, 2004 @ 7:30 PM.

Never been to an event or gathering, but would be more than happy to stop by since I am always in the area and I always stop by the Coffee Bean right next door.
However, I must warn you that I just tried out L&L the other day and it wasn't all that good. The Spam Musubi and Loco Moco were below average and not too edible. So, count me in just to stop by but not to eat.

I've been to L&L locations in the South Bay, Costa Mesa, Anaheim, and Anaheim Hills and they're all pretty consistent. I'm not sure what's up with Van Nuys... I usually go for the combos...
Wow, I just went on G forum and it looks like they have 27 cars coming to the meet. Props to KRZ_HAYN for getting the G's together. This is going to be a great turn out. That parking lot is gonna look sweet with all the Z's & G's coming.

It shouldn't be so bad since this meet is going to be on a wednesday and not thursday. People try to avoid the starbucks now and they head out to porter ranch for the meet every thursday. I purposely scheduled it on wednesday just to keep the meet cool with the local merchants and PD.

Few blocks from home... i'm in!
nismo33, so porter ranch is where they go now? I drove by there on the way home from the gym last thursday to see the crowd and i was surprised to see it empty. I remember back in the day when the street racers would meet behind sizzlers/tony romas on tampa. Havent been to those scenes for years.
We should also plan a meet @ the new hooters in burbank sometime soon
