Unhappy Cracked Windshield- Suggestions?

I know that a few people have had to have their windshields replaced, anyone have a good experience with a particular shop. I'm close to downtown but any recommendations would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

If a repair is all you need (less than 1 inch crack) check with your insurance agent. A lot of times they will repair at no cost to you as it is way cheaper than replacing it. I had it done on a previous car.
