I'm interested in the hood. Fenders seem like they would be pricey to install.

I don't see how the fenders would be pricey to install. I figure it would be a direct replacement of the OEM one. anyway cheston let me know when the fenders are available I am interested in buying one. BTW your car is SICK wanna trade

Its hard to tell from the drawings, but do the fenders have side vents?

Anyhow, I'm in for fenders and hood. Can the front bumper you have be included in the GB?

It looks nice. I'd like to see the pictures of the prototype or better yet the final product in person.

you could punch a hole through your window as well- i dont see how CF is a concern-

as for the fender here's design #2,

it will follow the trailing edge of the fender, and be a gradual sweep out to meet the door- this will draw air out from behind the front tires to reduce the amount of wheel drag- i am proposing to cut holes in the fender wall lining to assist in this- would also help draw air out for the brakes at higher speeds.

the hood is a done deal. they're cutting the stock hood i supplied them-

as for widening of the fenders we'll most likely just wide just the top portion of the fender around 10mm so that those with 22 offsets will be slightly tucked in the font- just subtle enough as not to be really weird with the front wider than the rear-

if there is enough interest, we could do a simple fender flare for the rear to bump it out as well but it would look weird just slapping on a rear piece like that-

hatch will be stock format (no wing molded onto it) and will have supports (foam core) for those wanting to mount a spoiler later on-

OEM hoods are available NOW.... just gotta call

the quickest way to order the body kit (which is available now) or the OEM hood, is to fax them. you name, address, fone number, what you want and tell them to contact you .... their Fax is
661-274-9555.

more updates soon. sorry for the delay guys.. i know i dropped the ball on these projects but i just dont have time to do all of this full time

Just out of curiosity. The rear hatch is not going to be like the one on James Chen's race / drift 350z from Axis wheels is it? I saw it at the shop next door to Modern Image today.

The cf hatch was made by fiber images and the fitment was terrible to say the least. The rear was ugly and the side part that hangs over the rear side glass had a major gap in it. The guy at the shop was showing me how possible it was for that gap to be a problem when air got under it. You could tell that the Hatch would be easily lifted while driving that it was scary.

I pretty much gave up. I even took the initiative to call Fiberimages directly and purchase it for MSRP by myself. I left a message stating that I was ready to order and they still never returned my phone call. If this is how they do business, I don't mind paying the extra money for a Varis Hatch.
