Wow, just wanted to say that Eric at Works Concepts did a good job taking care of me. I called a few other vendors and got no response and one in particular put me on hold twice for 15 minutes. Eric called all over to find what I needed and called me back several times to keep me updated on what he was finding out. He eventually took my order while he was in his car (after he pulled over of course)! Good price on the KW V2 as well. Thanks, Eric. Customer service still lives!
