They will adjust similar to the stance coils, yes. We recommend sticking with the OEM style rear spring setup, rather than a true coilover rear, like a lot of stance users go with. The damping adjustments are from the top and we can include the adjustment extender cables upon request

We recommend the OEM setup because that is the way it was designed from the factory. BC Racing also recommends to keep it OEM so therefore we in turn recommend the same.
BR is a street coilover
RAM is a track coilover (you can not drive them on the street because the seals are not setup to handle potholes and crappy roads) Ram is $100 extra.
