I am 90% sure it can be returned and reflashed, i am double checking tomorrow, will do UPS ground on shipping... any express will come at ur cost...

The dude I talked to sounded sketch, but said I can send in any unichip to get reflashed... so I spose it is legit, I got it used and it was tuned for intake and exhaust, my cousin sent it in for me when i was in afg to tune it for plenum, headers/catback/intake/pulleys, etc...
