I see that whiteline has bushings for the front lower control arm (inner), but what about the outer bushing that the shock bolt goes through? Itemized Price shipped to 22031 for four front bushings (inner, outer, driver, passenger)

They make them for both positions and also the compression rod bushings
Whiteline Bushings all come in pairs so one kit will do both sides of the car.
Interesting. I don't know much about pressing out bushings. I saw a writeup on here that was really long, yet the youtube video below makes it look really easy. The stealership told me that LCA bushings can't be pressed out I have to buy a new LCA. Is pressing out the 350z bushings as easy as just taking a properly used press to it? Do the new bushings come with install/grease instructions?
Not really that hard with proper tools, A ball joint press from Harbor Freight is your friend. Or just take the whole arm off and press them out on a press or take it to a shop and have them do it. The front lower arm is not that hard to remove.
Interesting....no need to remove the entire LCA, but remove the bushings while its attached to the car. Obviously do one bushing at a time so that the other bolts hold it in. not bad using your noggin!
