I'm hoping that this streak of cold weather will end soon. It's supposed to drop well below freezing again starting tomorrow. March is only 28 days away. Back, ye zombies!

Look forward to warm weather

My birthday is March 11 too! So you all should get me some gifts... like some Tanabe GF210's or a $3000 VolK Racing gift certificate.

I'm not doing another Winona trip. Fun as it was, I always want to do something different. A trip to BIR would be fun. Or how about Mankato?

Hey guys - I had suggested a shortend version of the Winona trip we did last spring. If we head down to Wabasha, have lunch somewhere and then over through the twisties on HWY 60 it would shorten the drive down to about 3hrs total. I guess it all probably comes down to what type of driving everyone wants to. If we want to do more of a cruise type meet then I agree we should try and hit up some new places and explore MN a bit. However, If we want to do some more spirited type driving then I have to say there is probably no better road close to the cities than HWY 60 for this. I don't know about you guys but when Spring time rolls around I can hardly contain myself to get my car out for a little fun. I think if we decide to do a different Spring Cruise then we most certainly have to schedule a time to do a twistee cruise. Heck we could even hit the twistees and spend some time exploring the other side of the bluffs if we wanted something new. That's just my two cents. Heck I got winter fever so bad that I almost thought about taking my car out on Saturday when it was 50 degrees. Uhhhhh!

I know what you mean. I just can't wait for the feeling of driving the Z for the first time this spring. It'll feel so fast since I currently drive my Grand Am.

I'm game for a short half-day cruise or a trip to Rockfalls. The list of things I have to do for the Z are:

new exhaust
new rear tires
new window motor
shave some wt off the car

Dave I think we could do a short cruise down to Wabasha head over on HWY 60 and then we can explore some of the area that you saw a couple weeks back. Grap lunch midway and do it all in 4 hours.

Anybody bring their car out yesterday? I'm ready to start driving the Z, especially after I saw an Exige cruising around AV.

I thought about taking the Z out, but quickly slapped myself for the thought. Roads are still slushy/salty, and I gotta put the battery back in, etc.

Aw, crap. That's another thing I want to buy. A light weight battery should be on that list.

Swap our the stock battery (35lbs) for an Optima or Odyssey PC680 (less than 15lbs).

Noooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!! It takes weeks of rain and traffic and street sweeping for the roads to be completely clean of that crap.

I don't usually drive it until April/May.

I think they start the first Saturday in April? At least I thought that I remember seeing that somewhere, especially since they switched locations now.
